   Awaiting artwork

   Custom orders only. Standard products skip this stage.

   Artwork approved

   You check the proof and confirm it's right to print.

   Quote approved

   You accept the price before anything is committed.

   Awaiting payment

   Invoice or bank details, whichever you need.

   Payment received

   Cleared payment moves the order into purchasing.

   Supplier ordered

   We place the order, often batched to keep costs down.

   In production

   Printing, embroidery or finishing is under way.

    Quality check

    We check quantities, colours and finish before release.

    Ready for collection or delivery

    We let you know the moment it's ready.

    Completed

    Delivered or collected, with everything on record.
