What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (PDF, EPS, AI or SVG) are best for print and embroidery. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files can work for some digital transfers. If your artwork needs tidying up, our in-house design team can digitise or redraw it for you.

Can I see a sample or proof before production?

Yes. We provide digital proofs for approval on every order, and physical samples are available for most garments and larger print runs on request.

How do I pay?

Can I return personalised items?

Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the approved proof. Please check sizes, colours and artwork carefully before approving your order.
